Facility Guide
Application for Facility Use
Those who wish to use the facilities must complete the following procedures each fiscal year.

| 研究グループ：施設利用申請書 | |
| ２）ＲＩ取扱講習会 | 新規登録者は、RIを初めて取り扱う前に、新規講習会（WebClass）及び新規実習を受講すること。 |
| 継続登録者は毎年、継続講習会（WebClass）を受講すること。 | |
| ３）健康診断 | 新規登録者はＲＩを初めて取り扱う前に健康診断を受診すること。 |
| ・継続登録者は6ヶ月を越えない期間ごとに健康診断を受診すること。 ・継続登録者は医師の判断により健康診断の一部を省略できるが、問診は省略できない。 ・省略できる場合でも、健康診断を希望する者は申し出ること。 |
*Please note that the forms are different for new registrants, continuing registrants, and off-campus users.
Facility Guide
Opening hours
Monday to Friday: 8:30am – 11:00pm
Access to and from the building and controlled areas is allowed with a staff/student ID card.
(Those who wish to use the facilities between 23:00 and 8:30 the next day must submit an application for overtime use.)
Closed days
- Sundays
- National Holidays
- the year-end and New Year’s holidays (Dec.30-Jan.3)
- Summer Holidays (Aug.11-Aug.16)
- Days when facilities are unavailable due to facility inspection and cleaning, planned power outages, etc.
