Research Center for Experimental Modeling of Human Disease

Greetings From the Director of Center

Research Center for Experimental Modeling of Human Disease was established in April 2021 as a reorganization of the former Advanced Science Research Center. As a new initiative, the Center will create new research themes and actively establish joint research projects by providing research consultation to affiliated faculty members, as well as providing research support inside and outside the university in collaboration with adjunct faculty members and the Joint Usage/Research Center of Cancer Research Institute of Kanazawa University. In addition, as in the past, we will continue to operate the five joint-use facilities on campus: Bioscience Core Facility, Institute for Experimental Animals, Central Institute for Radioisotope Science, Radioisotope Laboratory for Natural Science and Technology, and Research Institute for Instrumental Analysis, and provide experimental support specialized to the respective fields to researchers at Kanazawa University. In particular, we will strive to provide an experimental environment that is easy to use from the user’s point of view and better quality research support.
However, we are aware that there may be some points that we have failed to address or that need to be improved. We would appreciate your cooperation in building an even better center by informing us of any points you notice.
