Facility Guide
Application for Facility Use
Those who wish to use the facilities are required to submit an application form each fiscal year. Different application forms are provided below for the use of equipment at the facility and for contracted analysis of DNA sequencing, mass spectrometry, and cDNA microarrays.

Sequence analysis is performed on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays in principle. Please submit samples and email us your request by 9:00 a.m. on the day you wish to have the analysis performed. We will report the results on the same day as much as possible.
Reservations for Common-Use Equipment
If you wish to use any of the common-use equipment at the facility, please make a reservation on the reservation site (Rizaburo) before using the equipment.

Opening hours
Monday to Friday: 8:30am – 6:00pm
The following hours are also available if you are approved.
Limited to use of equipment that has been used by a pre-approved registrant with a proven track record of use.
- Monday to Friday: 6:00pm – 11:00pm
- Saturday: 10am – 4:00pm

- the year-end and New Year’s holidays (Dec.30-Jan.3)

- Microarray scanner basic fee: 520 yen plus 310 yen/scan
- Fluorescence microscope 210 yen/hour
